    thatgoesdownhillandbecauseofthefactoriesinBaja,andbecausethereare
    nomountaintopssinceU.S.clearedeverythingfortheborderwithMexico.To
    seehowthepollutionaffectstheocean,SarahGiddingsportrayedpollutionand
    pinkdyeandsheputitintotheoceantoseehowitwouldreact.Shesaysthat
    themovementofthepinkdye,"happensveryquickly,andit'snotasdilutedas
