Re:
FINAL DEMAND FOR THE LATEST EXPENSES AND COSTS
OF THE NEW SECRETARIAT OFFICE ----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sirs/Mesdames:
We write on behalf of PASEI member Career Planners Specialists International
Inc. (CPSII) and its President, Mr. Victor Fernandez (who is CPII's designated official representative and incumbent member of the PASEI Board of Directors) in connection with your continuous unlawful and unjustified refusal to grant full access to PASEI's book of accounts and other corporate records. On March 24, 2015, our client requested for the record of the updated expenses and costs of the new secretariat office. The President or the officer in charge of the records was given three (3) days from receipt of the request letter within which to comply. Unfortunately, our client's request landed on deaf ears thus, our client, Mr. Victor Fernandez, is inclined to make a FINAL DEMAND of the report on the updated expenses and costs of the new secretarial office to be given to him upon the presentation of this demand Letter. This demand is pursuant to the directive of the Board of Directors' through Board Resolution No. 1-02042015 approved on the 10th day of February 2015, Article II, sec.5 of the Amended By-Laws of PASEI and also based on sec. 74 of B.P 68 or otherwise known as the Corporation Code of the Philippines. Rest assured that the purpose of this demand is lawful and that any information obtained by our clients shall be used solely for the benefit of PASEI as an industry association without prejudice to the filing of the appropriate criminal, civil and/or administrative actions against any and all erring and culpable persons or officers. Respectfully,
