Fruit Salsa

Ingredients:
(Salsa)
1 apple
1 pear
2 kiwis
6 strawberries
Approx. 2 small cartons of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries
2 bananas (optional)
(Chips)
8 tortillas
1 stick of butter
cup Cinnamon
cup Sugar
Serving Size
Approx. 64 chips and 1 big bowl of salsa
Directions:
Salsa:
1. Peel kiwis, cut apples and pears into slices, and cap
strawberries
2. Use chopper (I use an old pampered chef chopper) to cut the
fruit at different consistencies:
Apples and pears- chunky
Kiwis- juicy
Strawberries- can be either way
Blueberries, Blackberries and Raspberries- juicy
3. Place all cut fruit in bowl and mix thoroughly until all the salsa
is purple of color
4. Slice banana and cover the surface of the bowl (optional)
5. Keep refrigerated.
Chips:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Mix Cinnamon and sugar together
3. Melt butter
4. Spread the butter on BOTH sides of the tortillas and the stone
plate
5. Sprinkle Cinnamon and sugar on one side of the tortilla
6. Slice tortillas into however many pieces you want with a knife
or pizza cutter
7. Place tortillas on a stone plate or a cookie sheet

8. Place the stone or cookie sheet in the oven for 14 minutes or


until golden/crispy
9. Repeat steps 4-8 until you have all the chips you want.
