Get-to-Know-You Introductory Activity for Grades 7-12

Procedure: On the first day of class, give each student one index card that they will
fill out according to a template you have displayed on the board. Be as specific as
possible with the template, especially regarding the last two categories, and give
students examples of what they could write to get the most specific answers from
the students.
