How did you prepare for the Interview Process? How much according to you was relevant?
I was thoroughly prepared with my CV points, general awareness and some basic interview questions. I
had structured my answers to probable questions about the Facebook page- Akash ka Vocab Dhaba. I
studied the core subjects of HR- Organization behavior and HRSP.
According to me only 50% of the preparation was relevant as I was only asked about the Facebook
page in the interview.
Why do you think, you were selected?
I believe I was selected because I had the qualities they were looking for in a candidate- good knack of
communication and humbleness. I was patiently listening to other candidates in the group discussion
before putting my point across and I think this gave me an advantage.
