SAMPLE SITUATION 1: Student A

You have decided to be adventurous and get your hair coloured. You really like
your new look as you think it is trendy. As you respect your friends opinion, you
ask him/her what he/she thinks of the hairstyle.

Your friend has just coloured her hair and asks your opinion about it. You think
that the new colour does not suit her, but you do not want to hurt her feelings.

You want to celebrate your parents 25 th wedding anniversary with a dinner tomorrow
at the Delicious restaurant in Bangsar. You booked a table for the event last week.
You call the restaurant today to confirm the reservation.
SAMPLE SITUATION 4: Student B
You are in charge of reservation at the Delicious restaurant. A customer calls to
confirm a reservation for an anniversary dinner at the restaurant. You cant find any
record of the booking in the reservation list and the restaurant is fully booked for
tomorrow. Explain the situation to him/her.
