Dear Miss Smee,

We would like to thank you that we have received our order on time as our agreement. We
also appreciate for the good and fast service that you gave to us. We have three problems
about the package we received yesterday to be your attention:
1. We only order one color for every 25 CCTV that we ordered, but we received the CCTV
package on many colors, that is: 15 blacks, 4 navies, 3 maroons and 3 browns. Since we
want to install it on our office for security reason, we dont want our CCTV easily catchy
by people eyes, so we only need the black ones.
2. We got some broken item when we opened the package. From 25 CCTV that we ordered,
we got 3 items with broken lenses.
3. We couldnt find any CD driver and software on the CCTV package. We need it for
connecting the CCTV to our monitoring system.
Could you explain us without any delay for all the complaints? We wait for your good
response immediately.
