    I am interested in applying for the position of Court Clerk at the 54-A District Court. I
    learned about this position through your advertisement in the Lansing State Journal. I
    know I would be able to do an extraordinary job for the position as it has been
    described.
    As you will see on my enclosed resume, I am currently enrolled in a Criminal Justice
    program through Eaton RESA Career Preparation Center in partnership with Lansing
    Community College. This program has provided me with a great amount of knowledge
    in the criminal justice field. I also am familiar with Microsoft Word, Adobe, and all Google
    services. I am also able to comfortably communicate with people in a proper manner.
