    I am writing in behalf of our client, MR. LEYNARD B. ECUACION regarding
    the money that was entrusted to you in the amount of SIX HUNDRED TWO
    THOUSAND

    FIVE

    HUNDRED

    FORTY

    SEVEN

    PESOS

    and

    SIXTY

    CENTAVOS (Php 602,547.60). Several demands had been made to you by


    my client but still you failed to return the said amount or even to show proof
    that you spent it to the transactions that you promised to him.
    This is to remind you to return the said amount within 5 days from this date
    or to secure a collateral as security that you will return said amount.
    We plead that you must pay utmost attention to the foregoing because we
    will not hesitate to file not only a civil case for damages, but also criminal
    cases against you.
    Please pay paramount attention to it.
