Areas of Concern, if any:

Both Reactors top elbow bolts are unable to remove by torque/tension, C-0101 Bolts removed by Cutting on 12/7/13 at 22:00hrs and C-0201 Bolts are removal by cutting
completed on 12/08/13 at 09:30hrs.
C-0201 - Catalyst was stuck-up because of solid form. It took 03hrs (13:30 to 16:30) for loosening; C-0101: One side catalyst stuck-up and cleared within 2hrs (13:30hrs to
15:30hrs) on 09/12/2013. Reactors Top & Bottom beds catalyst unloading, Thermocouple replacement and Catalyst Loading completed
C-0101 & C-0201: Reactors Box-up, deblinding and torquing completed 100%.
