Flipping Fantastic written by Jane Langford is a story about twin brothers.
The character I like and adore the most in the story is Tristan. He is an outstanding, brilliant
and a capable boy.
I like Tristan because he is an intelligent boy. He is far smarter than James although he is
handicapped. He can work out math problems faster than James can eat a chocolate bar. He
always gets A in his homework.
Tristan has many skills. He can act well. He is a real pro in acting. When the school play, he
played very well as the main actor. Everybody praised him. Tristan is also a good swimmer.
He is very excited about his new school as they have a swimming pool. He can also
understand how computers work as he uses computers to write. He disables to write using
pen.
Next, Tristan is a caring brother. He helped James with his homework. He also helped his
twin brother to look forward to going to Highfields by making sure that James has a special
friend to help him through the first few days.
Tristan is also a talkative boy. He is very friendly with everyone. Everyone around him is
very comfortable with him. He also makes friend with Kiara Jones not at all like his brother
who is shy.

One Is One and All Alone - The Character I Like the Most
I have selected the short story entitled One Is One and All Alone written by Nicholas
Fisk in order to answer the question. The short story tells about a girl named Trish who
travels to Planet Trion in a spaceship in 2045. She clones herself in the BioLab and Clo who
is her clone becomes her companion. However, the twist happens when Trish is disposed by
her own clone.
The character I like the most in the short story is Trish. I like her the most because she
is a brave, smart and creative person. First and foremost, Trish is a brave person. She is the
only child in the spaceship and her mother is on Planet Trion. Trish is brave to lead her life
without her mother by her side for the next two years. In addition to this, Trish is a smart
person. She learns her school lessons on her own from VoicePrinter and she knows how to
play the game, Pop Star. Last but not least, Trish is a creative person. She knows how to clone
and eventually she succeeds in cloning Clo to be her companion in the spaceship.
In conclusion, the character I like the most is Trish because she is a brave, smart and
creative person. She can be a good role model for all students.
