ANALYST'S NOTE: House Bill 340 requests Idaho Code, Chapter 8, Title 39, be repealed.
Chapter 8, Title 39 requires a wholesaler or manufacturer of prophylactics or contraceptives,
that distributes such products within the state, to submit an annual application for registration
to the Board of Pharmacy.
