The purpose of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is to create an

opportunity for businesses to identify, examine, and validate the
issues and breaches they are likely to face in implementing their
Business Continuity Plans, and in recovering from business
operation disruptions.
In addition, Business continuity and disaster recovery plan needs
to adhere to regulatory agencies such as Information Systems
Audit and Control Association (ISACA), National Institute of
Standards and Technology (NIST) the International Standards
Organization (ISO) and Homeland Security (DHS).
Write a research paper on BCP/DR of business operations.
The objectives of this paper is to includes:
1. The identification of critical business functions, gaps,
breaches, and best practices of BCP.
2. BCP/DR Implementations during disruption.
3. The overall effectiveness of BCP/DR in the event of
catastrophic or unforeseen incidents.
