Pre-requisites:

1. Daemon tools or any similar virtual drive software to mount the ISO image.
2. Administrative rights.
How to install:
1. Mount the ISO image onto a virtual drive using Daemon tools or any similar so
ftware.
2. Open the "Run this as administrator.bat" file with Notepad. You will see the
following command present in there:
dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /All /Source:E:\source
s\sxs /LimitAccess
3. Replace the "X" that appears after "Source:" with the drive letter of your vi
rtual drive on which you have mounted the ISO image.
4. Once done, save the file and close it.
5. Right click on that .bat file and click "Run as administrator". This process
might take around 10 minutes to complete. After Net Framework gets installed, th
e command prompt window will dissappear automatically.
Congrats, you've successfully installed DOT Net Framework 3.5 on your system! No
w restart (and NOT shutdown, please note that these two are quite different from
each other in Windows 8 unlike previous versions of Windows).
This is the only way you can install DNF 3.5 offline and without the need of Win
dows 8 installation media.
