Hockey Sweden- standard of play (New)

Hockey Sweden has developed a new standard of play throughout its jurisdiction.
These are not new rules, not NHL standard but rule emphasis.
The officials are being instructed to call the game of hokey as
per the hockey Sweden rule book. This memo is part of an email that also includes (In PDF format) Hockey Sweden bulletin
that deals with the new standard of play and diving as a result
of the new standard
