That the Joint Board Minutes of December 18, 2015 be adopted as presented,
including any revisions to be made.

That the Joint Board proceeds into a closed session to discuss matters pertaining
to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local
board employees and that the following people remain in attendance: Holly
Morrison, Will Moore, Rick Winters, and Brian Anderson.
5. Hearing of Delegations or Deputations:
1) Calvin Confer Considerations for the contract being negotiated between
SusGlobal and the Townships of Georgian Bluffs and Chatsworth.

That the Georgian Bluffs-Chatsworth BioGRID Joint Board accepts the Veolia
December 2015 monthly wastewater reports.

That the Joint BioGrid Committee receives report BIO.16.01 from the Director of
Operations and provides comments.
