Scholarship Guidelines: Nominees for the scholarship should be seniors who are 2 year
members of the group and exemplify the pillars of the organization (leadership,
scholarship, service and character).
Complete the application and return it to room 364 no later than Thursday, Feb. 4, 2016,
3:00 p.m. Please attach this sheet to the top of your application. Your name and contact
information should appear on this page only, not on your attached sheet with the
responses to the questions. All answers must be typed.

chapter of NHS and how the organization has helped you to grow in terms of the
four pillars. This portion of the application should be in organized paragraph
form.
