2ND NIT CONVOCATION AND

31ST GRADUATION CEREMONY
The Rector of the National Institute of Transport (NIT) invites all Alumni,
Staff and the General public to attend the 2nd NIT Convocation Ceremony
which w ill be held on Friday 22nd January, 2016 at NIT campus starting
from 9.00 am. Alumni are required to confirm their participation through
Alumni portal http://alumni.nit.ac.tz/site/registration
Furthermore, the 31st Graduation Ceremony w ill be held at the
Institute grounds on Saturday 23

January, 2016 from 10.00 am.

Graduands are required to confirm their participation through Email:

than 22nd January, 2016.
Graduation gowns w ill be hired at Tshs. 50,000/= non-refundable to be
deposited to the National Institute of Transport, NMB Magomeni
Branch, Account No. 20501100006 not later than Wednesday 20th
January, 2016.
Graduation Gowns w ill be issued from Wednesday 20th January, 2016 to
Friday 22nd January, 2016. No gowns w ill be issued after the deadline.
Graduands must attend rehearsal which w ill be conducted on Friday 22nd
January, 2016 at NIT premises starting from 10:00 am.
