D'Andre Tarvis Smith, Sr., a 35 year old native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana,
died on Thursday, June 11, 2015. D'Andre was born on January 24, 1980 to
the union of David Smith Jr. and Georgia R. Comena. He was reared in the
union of James and Georgia Comena. D'Andre was part owner of
Trendsetters Auto, LLC Car Wash/Dealership located in Baton Rouge, LA. He
leaves to cherish his legacy his two children, D'Anshai Tavoria Smith and
D'Andre Tarvis Smith Jr., both of Baton Rouge, LA. His parents, James and
Georgia Comena, Ethel, LA.; Father, David Smith, Jr., Gonzales, LA. one
brother, David K. Smith, Dallas TX.; five sisters, Diantheus T. Smith, Lasheka
B. Comena, LeVida T. London, Mable R. Reed, Baton Rouge, LA., Ja'Tira C.
London, Ethel, LA., Jessica Gunst, Shreveport, LA., God sister, Satin (Ron)
Howard, Indianapolis, IN., maternal grandmother, Ester S. Roan, a special
friend Diana Wilson and Tamara Wilson who he was raising like a daughter
and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, family and friends. He was
preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Albert Roan, Fraternal
grandparents David Smith Sr. and Gertrude T. Smith, and paternal
grandmother Alene Comena.
