Comparison of Accessibility Features in Different Operating Systems
1. Which operating systems did you choose to research?
Mac & Windows
2. Which features were best in the first operating system you researched?

Mouse Keys. It helps to recognize which way we need to use the Keys.

Switch Control. It is for people who have impaired physical and motor
skills. According to Apple (n.d), it gives you the ability to navigate on
screen keyboards, menus, and the Dock using a system commonly referred
to as scanning.

3. Which features were best in the second operating system you researched?
- Network projection. It allows windows users to remotely use projectors.
- Use the computer without the mouse or keyboard. We can use Speech
Recognition.Inaddition,wecanfinditinEaseofAccessCenter.

4. Which features in either operating system might be best for teachers of students
with disabilities?
- I think network projection is good for teachers. It will teachers to use their projects
on the screen.

disabilities?
- In my view, using the computer without the mouse or keyboard in Windows
and Switch Control in Mac are helpful for students with disabilities because
they can support and help them to make everything easy to get it.
5. After comparing the two, do you have a preference? Explain.
- I think both of them are helpful because every operating system try to become
more creative and useful. For example, we can find the same features in Mac and
Windows such as Switch Control and using the computer without the mouse or
keyboard.
