EFFORT+ACCOUNTABLE+ATTITUDE+WORK ETHIC+SUCCESS=WIN

*ACCOUNTABLE in the classroom and home carries over to football
*ATTITUDE of winning off field leads to winning ATTITUDE on the field
*Improved WORK ETHIC improves football results
*Breeding SUCCESSFUL results off the field breeds SUCCESS on the field

Bottom line we are trying to get players to WIN everyday in all

aspects of life, then carry those tools over to the weight room,
position meetings, practice and ultimately gameday
WIN TODAY!

At Northwestern We Must Train Our Players To

WIN and WIN Daily. In Order For That To
Happen Our WINNING Plan Must Be Executed
By Coaches, Players, Administration, and
Parents. If Executed Daily, The Chance For A
WIN On Gameday Increases. More Importantly,
The Plan Increases The Chance That Our Players
WIN Off The Field And Embrace The
Opportunities That Come With Those WINS.
