    doontheFunRundate,September30.ThestudentswillberemindedbyourdailyFunRun
    dancepartiesheldinthemorningsfromSeptember16thtoSeptember30thandincentivizedby
    theprizesthattheywillwineachtimetheyreachasetgoal.Throughtheproject,Ihopetolearn
    howtocreateasuccessfulfundraiserandhowtoorganizeaneventforalargegroupofpeople.I
    ampartneredwithJordanBoehningtocompletetheFunRunandweareassistedbyourmentor,
    BethLilal,amomandPTAmemberatMeadow.
    Inordertomaketheeventhappen,sometimewillneedtobesacrificed:toorganizethe
    pledgesheetsandprizesdaily,toholdthedanceparties,andtohavetheevent.Becauseofthis,I
    willneedtomissschool,mainlyonSeptember30th(dayoftheFunRun).Theproblemsthat
    couldoccurwiththeFunRunwouldhappenmainlyduringthetimesofredistributingthepledge
    sheetsandhandingouttheprizes.Toavoidmixingupwhoseprizesgotowhom,wehave
    createdaspreadsheettoorganizethestudentsandtheirclasses.
    TheFunRunisagreatmatchforProjectSERVEbecauseittakesaneedofacommunity
    thatIhaveaconnectionwith,andallowsmetohelpsupportaprogramthatmakesthe

    communitygreat.ThespecificcommunitythatIwillservethroughmyprojectisthestudents,
    parents,andstaffoftheWaughSchoolDistrict,namelyMeadowElementarySchool.
