This year we have changed the way the report cards are going to look. The school board has
decided to do this in an attempt to save some money, and we as staff under the employment of the
school board have to follow these changes. We hope that this doesnt upset you but we have to do our
job and that is to follow the boards instructions. Here is a sample of what is going to be sent home.

to make this a memorable night for everyone.
We hope this doesnt upset anybody who was a fan of how the report card got sent home in the
past years. We as a staff try to meet everyones requests and needs at the best of our ability while still
working within the boards wishes and expectations. If you have any more questions about this matter
then go to our school website sure valley secondary school.ca and it will inform you about the whole
process of this and what will be happening and will answer all of your questions. But if it doesnt answer
all of your questions you can come in to the school office and we will try to address the matter of your
question or you could drop your questions online in our drop box. We hope that we can address your
questions and not be a thorn in your side.
We as a staff here a Sure Valley Secondary School hope that we have addressed this new change
appropriately and have made this transition smoother for you and the student.
