Anday Ka Salan - Egg curry is the best recipe to go for when you cant decide what to cook today. Boiled
fried eggs are cooked in a spicy smooth curry. You can also add come potatoes to this curry if you like.

Ingredients

Hard boiled eggs as required

Finely sliced Onion 1

Oil as required

Tomatoes 6

Ginger a medium piece

Garlic 4-5 cloves

Water 1 cup

Whole spice (sabut garam masala) as required

Curd 250 gram

Green coriander 1/2 bunch

Salt to taste

Red chili 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions
1.

Heat oil in a pan and fry boiled eggs till light golden and keep aside.

2.

Take tomato, ginger, garlic, water and blend together.

3.

In oil lightly golden brown onion. When it stats becoming brown add whole spice, tomato
paste, curd, coriander, salt, red chili and braise.

4.

When oil appears on top add fried eggs and mix.

5.

Egg curry is ready.
