The study will be conducted to propose solution for the traffic congestion problems in
Baguio City, specifically at the Fr. Carlu Junction near Baguio Cathedral. The site will be
surveyed, interviews will be conducted, and design concepts will be formulated through the
gathered information in order to come up with the design solution. The solution will aim to be
able to reduce traffic problems and alleviate other vehicular and pedestrian concerns near the
central business district and Baguio Cathedral.
