theproblem,inthiscase,comeupwithaplanforconstructingthemostbuoyantboat!

Thestudentswillconstructaboatwiththematerialsgivenbasedontheirbrainstorm
plans.Theywillbenotifiedofthetimepassingthroughthechallenge,andwillbeallowed
totesttheirdesigniffinishedbeforethetimeconstraint,andredesign.Studentswill
learnthatanimportantpartofengineeringiscreativity,andlearningfrom
mistakes/trialanderror.Besuretoletthestudentscreateontheirown,donot
