Team Green Peace

Welcome to Team Green Peace! In the upcoming months we will be meeting every
2nd and 4th Thursday from 3:15-4:15 in Room 26.
Those dates include:
December 10, January 14, January 28, February 11, February

25, March 10, April 14, April 28, May 12, & May 26.
Upcoming Projects to Look Forward to:
Composting
-

We will be trying to start a Compost at Brown in the cafeteria!

To do this, we will need to not only create a composting space outside, but
also informing the different grade levels on how to compost things from their
lunches.
Gardening -
Come spring, we will be planting starter seeds and eventually
transferring them to the new Brown garden outside!
Upcycling -
Throughout the year, we are going to do several different crafty
projects that can be completed using recycled objects!
A few ideas include: Decomposable Planters, Soda Bottle Terrariums, Gallon
Jug Watering Cans, Soda Box Pencil Cases, and OJ Carton Card Cases. In
order to successfully create these projects we will need several things from
home:
Toilet Paper Rolls
Liter Soda Bottles
Gallon Milk Jugs
Soda Boxes
Half Gallon OJ Boxes (Or Milk/Juice)
