Dear Sir:
Greetings!
May I respectfully inform you that I have already organized seventy five percent (75%) of our
database, plans, contractors, communication buyers and project of block and lots from June to
November 2009. I have received these old and new files from the Documentation Division and
consolidated them into a single excel format database which I would be giving a soft copy to you for
your reference. Said database file uses block and lot numbers as its search engine because the
undersigned believes it will be more accurate since block and lot numbers stays as is as against the use
of the name of owners who might be subject to change prior to amendment of ownership.
Regrettably, the remaining twenty five percent (25%) of the above stated records could not be located
due to the inaccuracy of the old filing system we had, some of which doesnt even have a record
particularly the documents that Sir Frank sent last January 12, 2006 received by Engr. String.
Moreover, we only have photocopies of the field memos (subject: man power) Annex I 1 to 8, original
copies of which are missing or were probably sent to the Seda Law office.
With regard to the plans presently in our possession, the undersigned came up with an ID system which
would ease up search in case of need, format of which are as follows:

As of the present, the undersigned engages in assisting the marketing division for their photoshop
design needs, assisting the documentation division in plotting the lots for prospective buyers, assisting
PDG in locating and plotting the lots for proposed projects as well as continuing to systematize our
filing system as the documents and other pertinent records comes.
