KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This ABSOLUTE DEED OF SALE OF AN UNREGISTERED LAND, made and
entered into by and between:

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the amount of

confessed from the VENDEE, the VENDOR hereby CEDES, TRANSFERS, and
CONVEYS unto the VENDEE, his/her heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest
the above-described parcel of unregistered land, free from all liens and
encumbrances of whatever nature.
The VENDOR declares that the boundaries of the above-described parcel of
unregistered land are visible by means of monuments.
The parties hereby agree to register this document in accordance with the
provisions of Sec. 113 of PD No. 1529, the property involved having not been
previously registered under the Land Registration Act.

respective Community Tax Certificates, who represented to me to be the same

the same is their free act and voluntary deed.
This instrument refers to an Absolute Deed of Sale of a Parcel of
