1 Electrical engine;
2 Torquemeter (torque sensor);
3 Torsional coupling;
4 Lower bearing box;
5 Upper bearing box;
6 Chain drive;
7 Tensioning force sensor;
8 Tensioning control electrical engine, worm gear, screw-nut transmission;
9 Chain lubrication circuit;
10 Bearings lubrication circuit;
11 Main oil tank (chain lubrication) with heater;
12 Bearing oil tank;
13 Cooling circuit for oil.

Lab4. Chain Friction vs. Bearing Friction


Pierderile prin frecare din lagare si lant sunt direct proportionale cu paramtrii (n, F, T).
Odata cu cresterea vitezei de rotatie, a fortei de tensionare in lant sau a temperaturii uleiului
pierderile prin frecare cresc.
Cel mai mare contributor la pierderi este forta de tensionare a lantului urmata de viteza de
rotatie, in functie de uleiul folosit temperature acestuia este un factor care influenteaza destul de
putin pierderile prin frecare.
La forte mici de tensionare lagarele se afla in zona de lubrifiere mixta sau hidrodinamica, odata
cu cresterea fortei de tensionare lubrifierea poate tinde spre limita
La viteze foarte mici lagarele se afla in lubrifiere limita spre mixta, iar cu cat viteza creste
luvrifierea intra in domeniul mixt sau hidrodinamic, la cresteri foarte mari ale vitezei, poate trece
in domeniul de lubrifiere limita.
La temperaturi normale de functionare uleiul se afla in domeniul de lubrifiere mixta si
hidrodinamica. Cu cat temperature creste sau scade drastic, lubrifierea poate trece in domeniul
limita.
