Using the changes in drain current over the changes in gate voltage, we were able to
calculate the transconductance of several MOSFETs with different gate lengths. From the
transconductance, we could then calculate the cutoff frequencies.

This shows the relationship between gate length and drain current for Vd = 10V. The gate
width was held constant at 50 m. Notice again how the drain current increases as the
gate length shrinks.
