Re: Marcelis Lavender-Gant
To Whom It May Concern: It is my pleasure to write this letter of reference for Marcelis Lavender-Gant. I first met Marcelis as an eighth grade U.S. History student in my class. Fortunately, I also have had the privilege of teaching Marcelis again as a senior at Garza Independence High School. Marcelis has many attributes which will help him to excel as he graduates from Garza Independence High School and moves on to furthering his ambitions. In his course work, he was very careful and showed attention to detail, often conveying his own interpretation and ideas. Marcelis always has a smile on his face and has a tremendously positive attitude about work and life. I appreciate his ability to stick with all tasks through completion, remaining focused as he does so. He has been selected to represent Garza at several community-wide student events and visits to local partners in education. He conducts himself professionally and is an excellent student ambassador for Garza. He is a student that will remain a positive memory for me throughout my career. In conclusion, Marcelis shows every indication that he will succeed at his goals and be a positive addition to his community. Sincerely,
Ms. Susan Everett
