Julie has done an excellent job stepping in with the class and is not at all shy about taking over. She is taking class attendance, planning lessons, delivering
lessons, and took on the lead teacher role while I was out ill and did an amazing job. The students are responding well to her teaching and she and I
couldn't have been a better match. While I am lecturing she is comfortable speaking up while I'm teaching.

Currently Julie is taking on honors biology for 2 periods, including lecture, planning, labs, and grading activities. We create assessments together. Next
steps would be to do weekly outline planning and up to two weeks out mapping. Be aware of setbacks due to student progress and unannounced events
like fire drills, student activities, etc.
