Registration Fee The registration fee will cover Fridays, Meet & Greet with appetizers with beverages, Saturday &
Sunday mornings breakfast meals, Saturday evening meal with beverages. There will be entertainment at each gathering
for your enjoyment.
Note: A cash bar will be available on Saturday evening.
The registration fee does not cover the hotel room cost. Partial registration fees will be accepted. See below for options.
Early Bird Registration Perks One Full Payment of $115.00 before Aug 31st 2016 guarantees you priority seating,
advance access to vendor marketplace and bonus door prize tickets
Save my seat My reservation payment of $20.00 will save my space at the Bluebonnet Gala. I understand that this is a
non-refundable deposit, I will not qualify for Early Bird Registration Perks and I will be required to pay the balance
($115.00) by Aug 31st or my place will be lost.
Payment Plan We offer a payment plan for those you would like to split-up the registration fee. By selecting this option
- I will not qualify for Early Bird Registration Perks. I understand there is an additional $20.00 processing fee for this
option. Please accept my four equal payments of $36.25 to attend the Bluebonnet Gala. I will include my four post dated
checks with my registration.
We expect to sell out this event. For the best seats please registrar early.

Contestants will be judged on personality, attire, attitude, and playfulness
Bluebonnet Queen will receive a sash, crown and prizes

Contest there will be two contests. 1) Bring a hat youve created enter for the best themed hat. And the 2nd is for best
county attire at the Gala. Remember ladies, big, gaudy and shiny are good!!! Prizes will be awarded to the winners

RHS Swap Meet Heres your chance to clean out our Red Hat Closet on Saturday April 1st from 12- 4 meet us at the
swap meet

Only guest attending the Gala will be allowed to participant (no vendors allowed in the swap meet area)
Red or Pink Hatter items (Items should be Red Hat New, Gentle used and clean)
You are responsible to supervise your area.
Trade, swap, sell, or donate your items. The proceeds from your items are yours to keep.

Creative Hat Workshop- We will offer a Red Hat make and take workshop. $20 for supplies. There is room for only 30
participants in the class
Vendor Market Place We will have Red Hat Vendors. Our vendors will be setting up on Friday at 3:00 PM.. If youd
like more information about being a vendor please contact RoyalloyalQC@aol.com
Early Birds Registrants will receive priority shopping on Friday starting at 6 pm.
Tables will be of 10 per table. If you prefer a group table please request a group seating with your registration.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. After Aug 31st we cannot guarantee group seating
Attire Red Hat Society colors are mandatory. BreakfastPJ preferred or Red Hat Casual Attire
Mid-day Informal RHS attire. GalaVery Finest RHS Western/County Attire or Red Hat Attire
Red Hat Bingo will be played from Saturday April 1st 1:00 2:30pm for these not attending afternoon class. This is a
fun game and prizes will be awarded to the winners.
Red Hat Society Membership Card You will be required to present and have your RHS membership card with you
during the Gala. All attendees must be a RHS current member. You may print a copy of your membership card from the
RSH website. If you are expired or not a RHS Member at the time of the Gala. We will required to renew or complete a
membership application along with the $20.00 to cover your yearly RHS membership dues.

Bluebonnet Gala Hotel Information

The hotel has given us a rate of $92.00 per night for single or double occupancy. Check-in time is 4:00 pm. The hotel will
make reasonable effort to accommodate early arrivals. Check-out time is 12 noon. The reservation cut-off is Feb 1st 2017,
after that date, reservation request will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Call (210) 366-2424 (San Antonio) or
800-610-8833 (outside of San Antonio) for reservations and let them know you would like the Red Hat rate.

Visit the hotel website for a preview of your future stay. The hotel has a beautiful Spanish dcor with an open courtyard.
Courtyard view rooms have two entrances. One from the hotel hall and the 2nd is open to the courtyard walkways.

Room Door Decoration Contest We encourage all over night guest to decorate their room door with the Bluebonnet
Gala theme.
Doors will be judged Saturday April 1st in the afternoon between 12pm-4pm. Prize will be awarded at Sunday mornings
breakfast. We kindly request you to bring your dcor to breakfast on Sunday morning for a parade
For those who like to decorate your guest room we have been granted permission to decorate using 3m removable
products on walls, or removable products like painters tape. Use caution when decorating. You may be held responsible
for any damage to your guest room.
Glass & patio doors you may use gel removable products, window markers or chalk.
Wreath hangers may also be used to display your door decoration.
