Call to order:
The meeting was called to order by the chairman at
exactly 10:00 in the morning.
Certification of notice and quorum:
The board secretary certify that all members of the
board were given notice of meeting and there is no absent thus,
there is a quorum.
Reading and Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting:

The minutes of the previous meeting was read and subject

for correction and approval by the board. The Chairman
immediately presided the meeting
Upon resumption of the meeting the chair call the attention of
the General Manager to write a letter with the attachment of
the municipal ordinance about illegal quarrying to the Mayor
and copy furnish to the sangguniang bayan protesting the
hauling of boulders near the overflow dam of the distict
Located at the lower streams of the bridge which affect the
decrease of water
Level of the mwd dugwell supplied to Brgy. Sur, Norte,
Rotrottooc and Ambalingit. The board also instructed the GM
make an incident report about the defected pipes attached to
the letter to the supplier of the defected pipes.
Since there is no more agenda to be taken up. Dir. Danilo
Basilio made a
a motion for the adjournment of the meeting and it was
seconded by Dir.
Romeo Pajimolin. The Chairman adjourned the meeting at
exactly 12:00
in the afternoon.
