Junior Accounts Receivable Clerk

Established and fast-paced sporting goods company is looking for an individual interested in an entry level
position to join their team. The role will involve handling A/R including preparing and sending out
invoices, statements, and processing receipts. A/P including receiving, matching, entering vendor invoices;
entering new vendors into the system; creating purchase orders; liaising with vendors and reporting issues;
reconciling orders against inventory; reviewing reports and reporting variances; . Order office supplies and
other administrative duties; Ad hoc assignments as required.
The requirements include 1 year related accounting experience; very strong organizational skills; detailoriented approach with the ability to multi-task and manage large volumes of documents; strong MS Word
and Excel skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and problem
solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
