How to contact each other: Who contacts who, how

and in what order. Each family member can carry a
contact card with the calling tree and important
emergency phone numbers. During emergencies, text
messages often can go through when calls cant.
Consider having an out-of-state contact as a
centralized person for each family member to contact.
Its often easier to reach people out of the area during
disasters because of the overflow of calls in the area.
