Use symmetry!
i1 = i2 = i3 = i/3
i4 = i5 = i6 = i/3
i7 = i8 = i9 =i10 = i11 = i12 = i/6
Applying KVL to a loop which includes the
current source, we see that the voltage
across the current source should be 5IR/6
Therefore the equivalent resistance of the
cube is 5R/6.
In the absence of such symmetry, we need
a more systematic procedure.
