PROCEDURE

a. Mativation
Let the student identify the Quadratic function that are present and their sorroundings
Let them identify its importance
b. Presentation
The Teacher will let the learners have a recall and review about the properties and how
to solve the Quadratic functions. Draw a graph on the board and let the students to explain on
how a particular formula is applied to solve the problem.
c. Discussion
The Teacher will discuss on how to determine the function that draw on the board. The
Teacher will provide sample problems and ask the learners to analyze if the graph is function or
mere relation/not function and explain their answer afterwards.
d. APPLICATION
The Teacher will ask the learners to answer the following examples.
Identify if the graph are FUNCTION or NOT FUNCTION.

e. GENERALIZATION
The Teacher will ask the learners to give the different formula of Quadratic Functions
and how a certain formula is applied in a given equation.
f. EVALUATION
Find the value of x if the equation is
then change into the General form of Quadratic functions.

using the vertex form

g. ASSIGNMENT
Identify and review the forms involving the QUADRATIC FUNCTIONS.
