Good day Sir/Madam

We, Tsikot Pilipinas, a car group from east, are planning to keep a charity event in
Boystown located in Parang, Marikina on 14th February on account of InValentines Day. This
function is organized to collect goodies especially toiletries to supporting orphan children. Most
of the members are invited in this event. The items that will be collected will be beneficial to
orphans and in providing higher knowledge of their hygiene and be aware of its importance.
We would like to seek for your permission to pursue our goal to make this
wonderful event happen.
This charity work offers an opportunity the individual who wants to donate and
help poor. Our group also wants to supports in motivating them by providing knowledge about
their situation that despite of their state, we are one of them so theyll feel loved.
