Today some recruiters have long studied behavior patterns of candidates
before, during and after the various stages of screening process and if they
handle the recruitment process poorly then candidates are 2 or 3 times to
badmouth the companys product & services.

In almost all types of the organizations line managers plays a very large role in several people
decisions.
In large firms they hires juniors who meet one criterion: the candidates who have cleared CA
(chattered accountant) exam in 3rd or 4th attempt. They do so because they say such candidates are
ready to stretch more than those who have cleared it in first attempt.
Every people heuristics is a fit subject to research for budding HR Analytics professional.
In Telecom Company the heuristic manager asks the candidate to share his/her contacts number
during the interview. If the candidate uses the services of the rival telecom operator he/she would
dismiss from the interview. The reason behind this is that it is based on idea that such individuals are
never loyal to the brands they work for. If they were they will avail theirs companys service and no
rival.
