ORDER
Judgment of conviction was promulgated in open court in the
presence of the accused, counsel for the accused himself, counsel for the
accused and the public prosecutor. Let copies of this judgment be furnished
the prosecution as well as the defense including the accused.
The Jail Warden of the City Jail of Tacloban City is hereby ordered to
place the accused in Maximum Security pending his transmittal to the
National Penitentiary.
The Acting Clerk of Court of this Court is hereby ordered to issue
within 5 days from today the mitimus of this case for the immediate
transmittal of the accused to the National Penitentiary (Leyte regional
Prison).
SO ORDERED.
