Exchange Email Update: Samsung Tablet with AirWatch

Step #1: Open the Agent sheild icon located on the home screen. If not found, the Agent sheild icon should appear at the top left of the
screen, simply swipe down to access and select the Agent.

Step #2: Under Notifications click on the Email Password Required alert.

Step #3: Input your Quench email password and then re-enter the password. If you have forgotten your password open an IT Help Desk ticket.
Note: If you are unsure of your password try quench + last 4 Soc. Sec (Example: quench1234).

Step #4: After entering your email password, you will receive a notification at the top left corner to validate your email account; simply swipe
your finger down to see the notification to select New Email Account. If an alert does not show you can also go back to the home screen and
click on the Email icon.

Step #5: Upon entering the Email application a pop-up will occur for account validation/activation, click OK to activate.

Step #6: Click OK to accept the security update requirement on the next pop-up.

Step #7: Click Activate on the final activate device administrator alert to finish setting up your email.

Step #8: Wait a couple minutes for the configuration to complete and your email should start re-populating.
