How do I access phone numbers for my students?
Skyward provides information about students, including the name of their parents
and phone numbers. Some of these numbers might be outdated, it is always a
good idea to have students fill out a profile for you in the beginning of the year
which would include their home phone number. Throughout the year if you are
having difficulty contacting a parent check with the counselors or the nurse,
sometimes they have more up to date information.
How can I get more desks in my classroom?
If you need more desks or a table, or you need items removed Ms. Cris, our Lead

have what you need.
Where do I get supplies for my classroom?
Contact your Department Head for supplies and Dr. Williams for textbooks.
How do I make copies?
The use of technology can help us limit the amount of copies needed however,
some copies need to be made. Having copies made requires planning ahead. Your
request must be submitted to your grade level Principal at least a week before they
are needed in class. Your Principal will approve the copies and Ms. Martin will make
them for you. Your Department Head has a code and a limited amount of paper for
emergencies. If you need last minute copies, for example if you have an unplanned
substitute in for a team member one morning, your Department Head can make
those copies.
Who do I call with questions about my paycheck?
