    Dear Mr. Peanut:

    Oregon State has decided to close down section WR 214 to increase the BI department.
    The demand for more products in the BI department holds a promising future for the
    company. As of, April 29th, 2010 your position as clerk of WR 214 will be terminated.

    We have conducted a three month unemployment plan to help you


    prepare for the transition. Once you have filled out the paperwork, the
    unemployment checks will be available to you in the main office.

    You can continue to receive Vicker’s Health Insurance until June 29th,
    2010. Any additional protection afterwards will need to establish a new
    policy.

    If you need a letter of recommendation, let me know.
