Established 1972 NON MANIPULATION CERTIFICATE Certificate No: 161611/DXB This is to certify that the undersigned surveyor together with the Stevedores at Cold Store CFS, Jebel Ali Port have witnessed cross-stuffing of 2582 cartons (27369.20 Kgs) of Frozen Chicken Grillers, pertaining to B/L No.MAEU601491776 from original 1 x 40’ Reefer Container No.PONU4759285 into 1 x 40’ sound empty Reefer Container No.MWMU6418354. The stated cross stuffing was carried out due to alleged defect in the refrigeration unit of the original Container No.PONU4759285. Its cargo comprising 2582 cartons (27369.20 Kgs) of Frozen Chicken Grillers was cross stuffed at Jebel Ali Cold Store between 1630 and 1900 hours local time on 20" July 2011 We verified the seal No.ML-BR0670286 of the original container to be intact and were broken by the yard personnel in our presence at 1630 hours on 20 July 2011 We monitored the entire cross stuffing operation and implemented safe handling due to which no damage occurred Visual observations have revealed that the cartons containing Frozen Chicken Griller were dry, clean and without any sign of thawing (excluding 6 cartons). No damage was noted in original stow and none occurred during re-working into the spare empty sound reefer container No.MWMU6418354, which had been pre-cooled to the set temperature of -22°C. Upon completion of the cross stuffing the new sound container was sealed with a new seal No.ML-AE0924828 On basis of our survey and observation we declare that the cargo has not been manipulated and has been handled under hygienic conditions and is in apparent good order. free t.
