Dear Ms. Bell,

It has come to my attention that you are in possession of a rather rambunctious cat
by the name of Mr. Sniffles. I have received numerous complaints that Mr. Sniffles is
noisy and destructive of property. It is with greatest regrets that I must ask that you
get rid of Mr. Sniffles by the end of the month and pay for any damages that he has
caused.

I would also like to notify you that pets will no longer permitted within the
apartment building as of March 1st. While I can assure you that there were factors
other than your situation, I cannot deny that Mr. Sniffles was not take into
consideration.

Thank you for your cooperation. I am truly sorry for separating you and Mr. Sniffles.
