Passport
1) Carry Original Passport(s) - Must be valid for at least six months
2) Copies of Passport (2 Copies is good) - First 4 pages and last 4 pages
3) Carry if any old passport issued (No need to give it to them)
Photograph
4) 2 x 2 size Photograph with white background facing front (2 or 3 copies is
good enough)
Visa Related Forms
5) DS 160 form (This is the visa application form that we have submitted online.
I will include this in the packet that I am sending end of this month. You do
not have to show this DS 160 form to the visa officer or embassy officials as
they have this already in their system. This is JUST FOR YOUR REFERENCE.
6) Proof of US VISA fee payment. - Keep the original fee receipt for both of yours
7) Print out of US interview appointment letter - I will include this in the packet I
am sending

8) Bank statements (get it from both banks and the total amount should be
written in both Indian rupees and equivalent US dollars)
9) Pass books (If not all , but at least carry the main savings accounts pass
books in both banks)
