Script- Opening scene to a film

Outside the house, sounds of birds singing and talking from

inside the house from unknown voices. Womens voice come
on, get up its a lovely day outside! Go get some fresh air!
1. INT.
Sounds from the TV plays, door opens MUM enters the
room.
MUM
For heavens sake Arthur! How many times do I have to say?
Turn off your tv and go outside!!
ARTHUREughh fine!!
The BOY leaves the house, walks down the path, no speaking
but sounds of passing cars on the road infront.
2. EXT. (car)
GIRLI dont know how many times Ive told you! Get off your phone
whilst youre driving, its dangerous!
3. EXT. ARTHUR still walking down the path, begins whistling
to himself
4. EXT (back to the car)
BOYoh will you stop complaining at me every 5 seconds, I will be
fine!
GIRL this isnt funny anymore seriously if you dont get off your
phone actually you know what, stop the car now, Im getting
out! You are going to crash.
