 Job Description

- Participate in developing marketing strategy (including pricing strategy)

- Preparation of communication strategy (media and creative)
- Coordination and control of work of media & creative managers, Quality and budget
of media and creative agencies
- Coordination and control of work of Research manager, Quality and budget of
Research agencies, Participate in developing of Research plan
- Coordination and control of work of BTL support specialist in HCMC
- Track competitors activities in HCMC and developing necessary response on the

- Develop plan of marketing activities for postpaid customers (B2B and mass market) -
tariff plans, usage stimulation services
- Calculate business cases and prepare post-analyses of campaigns
- Preparation of marketing briefs and coordination with creative manager
- coordination of services/tariffs launch with other departments
- Report to Head of marketing
 Requirement

- Degree in marketing business/economics/management

- at least 5 years in marketing or brand management position
- 2 years experience as head of marketing department/direction
- From FMCG or Telecom industry
- Strong knowledge in marketing/media/communication

- Degree in management /marketing/ economics

- 2 years on pricing manager/analyst position in Telecom company
- experience in postpaid or B2B is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Skills in Excel/power point/Word
- Knowledge of market trends, key industry players, consumer
insights
- Upper- intermediate English

 Job Description

Drive formulation and implementation of trade marketing strategy that ensures

trade plan execution in line with brand objectives and also to ensure
achievement of overall corporate objective
• Develop national trade marketing strategy and ensure preparation of effective
implementation plan which meets the company's market, brand, volume and
Sales channel objectives by gaining the active support and loyalty of Comapny
customers in all retail trade and strategic channels.
• Ensure continuous exploration of emerging channels and formulate strategy to
implement robust plan to drive Company business there.
• Ensure that the Merchandising strategy is prepared and executed in line with
Brand plans and space management practices in order to maximize the
awareness, visibility, standing and imagery of brands in the priority trade
channels within budget and on time.
• Constantly review the process and procedure in merchandising and monthly
plan to enhance implementation process of month and merchandising plan.
• Establish close working relationship with both brand and trade team to facilitate
proper integration in cycle plan and execution to meet company’s market, brand
and volume objectives.
• Drive innovation in trade marketing work practices and approaches so that new
ideas are encouraged and captured to utilise full potential of trade marketing
team.

• Perform a range of system/application administration duties on Oracle

database, application, services, including configuration, and general
supports.
• Proactive monitoring of all applications and services using a combination

Reporting expert is responsible for providing periodic reports and reports on

demand. Acting as lead of Reporting team, Reporting Expert need to
coordinate with report requesters, such as functional department, mangers,
directors, and the team to analyze requirement, utilize computerized tools
to provide reports in line with Reporting KPIs. The main responsibilities are:
- Communicate with requester to analyze business requirements.
- Assess complexities of the request and define source of data in order to

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related

field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Oracle Database/SQL DB

performance, running SQL scripts to monitor the systems and modify
data tables when required. Knowledge of Oracle server
administration and troubleshooting highly desirable.
